Recently they have arrived in our lab several hard disks which have encrypted files. The problem starts at the opening of infectious e-mail. E-mails are written in a very reliable manner, and claim to be invoices or other official documents and ask users to open a malicious attachment. Once opened, a program is installed which encrypts all files on your computer, asking "ransom" to decrypt!
We recommend caution in these emails by taking the following actions: Keep backups to other storage devices or in cloud. Do not open email from unknown senders. Keep your operating system updated with the latest updates.
Our company is able to decrypt and save your data. The solution does not apply to the third version of the virus, which renames the files to .micro, .ttt, .xxx, .mp3.
