It arrived at our laboratory this external hard drive of WD 1TB. The user explained that the drive stopped working after a fall while it was on. The damage we confront (as shown in the photo) is not a result of the fall but of the persistent of friends-technicians (as the customer described) to read data after the fall. Of course data recovery for this drive is impossible.
